Maryland PTA Family of the Year Otha Miller and Carol Strudwick-Miller, involved parents at Meade High School in Anne Arundel County were selected as Maryland PTA Family of the year! Here they are celebrating their award with a dance.

After receiving the Award of Excellence from Maryland PTAs, the Anne Arundel County Council of PTAs Board Members: President Anita Owens, Treasurer Carol Strudwick-Miller, Vice President for Legislation Mitchelle Stephenson, 1st Vice President Ray Leone and Beverely Madden, Scholarship Chair.
